I went with a friend who's a regular there to one of their community classes. It was my first time trying this type of Pilates and I somehow survived! I had no idea what I was getting into, but had a great time. The instructor was great and helped me with different positioning. She even modified one of the movements since my balance was off. Everyone was welcoming and we kept a good pace. Super great workout! I highly recommend even if you are a newcomer!!! ( The class is located inside on the second floor, come early to find parking)

Truly such a wonderful studio. Everyone here is so welcoming and sweet and they remember who you are when you walk in which I love. The instructors are super supportive and knowledgeable and offer a variety of modifications that tailor to everyone. I recommend this place to everyone that wants a challenging workout. I’ve seen such a difference by just being apart of the studio for 2 months. I seriously love it here
