Such an amazing time! Between the surf music and festivities, the fashion and drinks, room parties and fine dining, its the best hotel takeover party ever! The tiki community is super tight knit but also warm and welcoming to everyone who's a fan of island life. Tickets go on sale months beforehand and sell out quickly, so definitely subscribe to their socials to keep up to date with things. They've mastered the art of having a chill but vibrant time!

This is the best weekender on the planet! There is something for everyone, from the fashion, to the music, to the education, to the art and the shopping, that only scratches the surface of this great event! If you're in San Diego, this is a must visit and if you're from anywhere else in the world and like tiki, this is *the* place to see and be seen! We just got back from our very first Tiki Oasis in San Diego and oh my goodness what an experience! The music, the clothing, parades, dogs, food and the incredible people, it was just amazing. One of our favorite parts of the 5 day event was the seminars. We were lucky enough to attend seminars such as "Latinos in Tiki", "Punch: The 1,000 Cocktail Trick", "Tropical Tasting", "Delights of the Desert" and more. If you are interested in spirits, tropical cocktails and Tiki Culture then check out Tiki Oasis, you won't be disappointed. We are already planning for next year. Oh yeah we also saw Al Jardine of the Beach Boys perform, how awesome is that?!

This was my first time attending Tiki Oasis, but I have wanted to go forever. It did not disappoint! I loved the resort it was held in; it made for easy movement between the pool, events, seminars, and concerts. Plus it was nicely designed and classy. Some of my favorite things - sitting by the pool listening to the DJs, amazing concerts at night, a tiki market with nearly anything you could ever want under the umbrella of "tiki", and getting to meet really nice people who are interested in the same subculture as you. Highly recommended - I plan on coming back!
