We were excited to try this place for my fiance's birthday. The location is convenient for us and the atmosphere was great. However, besides our server Lizzy (who was fantastic), the service was not great. When we entered there were two people at the host stand. The guy was legit holding a piece of bacon in his hand and eating it. The woman was playing on her phone. She looked up and with zero emotion she says "do you have a reservation? Name? Okay, follow me". There was no smile or greeting. FYI, my fiancé was wearing a "birthday girl" crown. So, that's an easy way to greet a patron of your restaurant. Once seated, we sat there for almost 5 minutes, watching as at least a half a dozen employees walked passed us (or were just standing around not doing anything), looked at us, and said nothing to us. It would've taken 10 seconds to come over, greet us, and say "your server will be right with you". Lizzy was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and attentive. You should have someone with her energy at the host stand. Now, the food...we both enjoyed our dishes. The flavors were great and everything was cooked perfectly. I would definitely eat both of our dishes again. However I will say the short rib skillet had only like 6 dice-sized pieces of short rib. The wings were a good size and were pretty perfect, as were the sides. Unfortunately, the bad service (except for Lizzy) will probably keep us from going back for a while (if at all). Service can make or break a dining experience. Also, the cocktail prices are some of the highest prices I've seen in a long time. The average price is $20 with their toasted margarita (toasted Rita) priced at $25?! Their cocktail prices are higher than a bunch of fine dining restaurants in "Atlanta". I had a Fig old fashioned at Ray's (fine dining) the same day for $17. Toast on Lenox charges $22 for their basic (I'm assuming there aren't any special/unique ingredients) old fashioned...

I had a truly incredible meal at Toast on Lenox. I ordered the Red Snapper takeout and it was absolutely delicious. The price was about $45... I was scared when I saw the price, but let me tell you, lol. I was more scared when I saw the size of the fish. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the Creole sauce had a fantastic, zesty flavor. The sides, dirty rice and smoked turkey braised collards, were the perfect combination, rich and full of flavor, and in a well packaged takeout bag. The manager and the host were super nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Brunch was so delicious! My husband and I had the beef short ribs and we shared the strawberry shortcake French toast. The short ribs were very tender, and the French toast was a great balance with the flavors and very delicious. I also tried some of my friend’s red snapper, and it was fried AND seasoned perfectly and the fish was so moist.

First visit, so honest review. First thing the website states complimentary parking and the parking was not that at all. It was indeed valet and $10 fee. Please update your website for the midtown location. I went on a Saturday at 330pm and the restaurant was hot inside. We waited a little bit for our table. I didn't realize the place was small. We ordered our food about 4ish and got it about 4:45pm (they close at 5pm). At this point we felt rushed. I was even asked if I wanted a box for my food before I was done eating. Then we wanted to order food to go but were not told the kitchen had closed. We weren't given any indication that it would be closing. Our waitress was nice and attentive and did the best she could under the circumstances. Please get your AC fixed, don't rush people just because y'all ready to go because if that is the case stop accepting reservations after a certain to ensure you can close at 5pm.

My family and I had brunch at toast on Lenox this past Thursday. We arrived around 3 PM and waited for about 10 minutes to be seated. We selected outdoor seating and there was only one other group of people outside when we were sitting. It took a minute for the waitress to get our order started, but when she did get them started they came out in a decent time. We enjoyed the Biscoff French toast and the strawberry shortcake French toast. we also got the Lenox breakfast and the chicken and waffles. Everything was very tasty and we would definitely come back again. The only downside is an automatic 18% gratuity which causes the servers to not be as attentive as they normally would. The drink cup sizes are very small and do not come with refills. Nice atmosphere and good food will definitely come back again.
