Every single time I drop in .... not that I go often, but every time I do, I find something new. The staff is super helpful and gets you what you're looking for and recommendations for something new. The best part is the great deals. They also have hard to find bottles. Something else they hold classes on wines and champagnes. I haven't been yet, but when i do, I'll update. We stopped by to pick up a couple items, Rebecca was the cashier, she was professional, polite and efficient. It took longer to ring up the customer in front of us as she had an issue regarding the cost on her wine. Rebecca solved the issue with this customer very quickly, I was very impressed with how she handled this issue regarding cost. Rebecca is truly a people person, she's one that cares about the customer and handles her job with pride. I just love Total Wine. They have a great selection and usually the staff is very knowledgeable inre the stock. I've found a great Malbec (Mascota Vineyards, NOT the Unanime) and a Pinot Noir that are my favorites. I'm not a Pinot fan, so real Pinot Noir fans may not like my choice (Sea Sun).
