FINALLY, a NEW Total Wine location that's close to home! That said, this location is found at a complex called "Grove Central," at 27th Ave. and US1, that offers a large covered parking garage that is spacious and clean as it's NEW. Total Wine is found on the second floor and parking is close to the entrance. Though on the second floor, this Total Wine is ample, large, and clean offering ALL the products found at other locations. Sales rep was helpful and polite as he saw me attempting to find what I was looking for and offered assistance. Checkout was fast and again sales staff was kind and courteous. Overall experience for this location was GREAT and quick on a Saturday evening around 6:00pm. ENJOY!!

Very disappointed with my experience at this store yesterday. I went in with my cousin to buy wine, and the cashier Carolina immediately asked both of us for ID. My cousin didn’t have hers, so we couldn’t buy it — frustrating, but fine, I understood since stores can have their own ID policies. What doesn’t make sense is what happened right after. I had my partner (who is 28) go inside to purchase the same wine. Carolina rang him up without asking for ID at all. He even noticed the customers before him also weren’t asked. So which is it? If the store policy is “ID anyone who looks under 40,” then it should apply to everyone not just the people you decide to single out. That’s not “doing your job,” that’s being inconsistent, unprofessional, and giving the impression of profiling. Either enforce the policy fairly across the board or don’t hide behind it when it’s convenient. This left a bad taste in my mouth, and honestly, management should address this because rules are rules, but they mean nothing if they’re not applied consistently.

We stopped in here and purchased Happy Dad seltzers and 0 Heineken beer. My partner was very impressed with the selection and I always know I can find what I need here. We just moved our boat to the Dinner Key marina from Fort Lauderdale and couldn't be happier. I ordered delivery the next day with the same order. The total wine app suggested a 24 pack of 0 Heineken instead of the 12 pack of bottles we picked up at the store the day earlier. It was delivered in less than an hour and I quickly realized that it was NOT a 0 Heineken but regular Heineken with alcohol. The woman from Door Dash did not speak English. I called the store and spoke with someone who quickly resolved my problem and ensured me that the woman who originally delivered my beer would get her gratuity despite partially refusing the order. The real problem came when I had to call back and speak with"Oliver." He insisted on arguing and placing blame and no desire for finding resolution. It was not a mistake between light and regular beer. It was zero alcohol versus alcohol. Serving someone alcohol that abstains from alcohol can have severe repercussions. I was not looking to place blame and would have accepted blame. The conversation was very different from one person to the next. I didn't catch the name of the person I originally spoke to and could only refer to him as someone with an American accent. It was the first person I spoke to and who was interested in resolving my problem. Oliver was beyond offended and let me know. I was done with Oliver and the conversation and Total Wine. Oliver should be fired. He does not know how to speak to people. I am of Latin descent. He should not have taken what I said personally. I cancelled the ordered I wanted my money back and beyond disgusted by my experience with OLIVER.
