Nice little store with everything I needed! Great knowledge staff. I got to try a locally owned tequila made in Jalisco Mexico, it has no additives and was sooo good I didn't need a mixer. This brand also has a Blanco but this store didn't carry it. I'm excited to try that one too. But this is my new fav!!!! We do it with cinnamon and an orange 🍊 you'll never want any other brand! Yum!!!

Loyal Customer Treated with Disrespect and Judgment I’ve spent over $570 at Total Wine and WD Wine and have always supported this business. But during a recent visit my first time physically coming in, I was treated like trash. I came to buy a thoughtful gift for my friend and spent $50, yet I was looked at with judgment, as if my purchase wasn’t good enough. What hurt the most was feeling like I was being judged based on my brown skin and appearance, not as the loyal customer I am. No one should feel unwelcome or looked down on because of how they look or what they choose to spend. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected better and deserved better.

Here is what you have to be careful about if you are shopping for wine here: they will note an excellent review from a prestigious wine magazine for a particular wine and vintage, but in numerous cases that I saw, the vintage was different from the bottle offered for sale. Maybe they just didn’t get around to changing the review tags under the wines, but unless you take care to match the note with the vintage of the actual bottle for sale, you could be mislead. Again, I saw numerous examples of this at the Miami Beach shop.

chianti (hilarious like the wine) was ABSOLUTELY amazing. i went in with my partner just to browse and we left with an item in hand. she was the epitome of customer service. we mentioned exactly what liquors we enjoyed and she pulled out the stops. We made a purchase and she walked us up to the register. she gave us a handshake and a hug on the way out. what an amazing human being. will be back soon hen we make the drive down from orlando just for her.
