Not what it was when they first started. Have bought my trees here for years even though they have become ridiculously expensive. This year I bought online since last years supply was sparse. Not only was the tree I ordered not there when I arrived to pick it up but they had nothing comparable on the lot-wanted me travel to another lot. Then they couldn't refund me and the very rude manager said I had to wait. This is no longer my tree “tradition” and I know the service I got today would have been a disappointment to Matt. Update: 6 days and still no refund. Also, the owners response is not accurate. My receipt clearly stated that the tree would be at the Sandy Springs location. No one contacted me to say they were low on the tree I ordered or that it would not be at the that location. Not only was it not there but the attendant told me they didn't do online pick ups at that location. I asked for a refund but was told he couldn't give me one. According to the very rude manager they had plenty of beautiful trees that fit my order at the other lot. Their remedy was for me to travel there or wait for a delivery. Neither of these options fit my timeline. I just want my my deposit back since they could not fulfill my order. Someone messed up and doesn’t want to be accountable.

Tradition Trees does a stand up job. They are professional and friendly. They take all the work out of decorating for Christmas. They deliver, install, remove, and recycle your trees for you. They even clean up the pine needles after removal. On top of all that, their trees are BEAUTIFUL!!!
