The wellness classes at TCM World Foundation completely changed my life, especially their Dragon's Way weight loss and stress management class. It helped me find my true self, one that had gotten lost years and years ago. I used to know who I was and had a direction in life, then lost that direction. Through doing the Dragon's Way, I found my path again. I am more productive at the physical level and more focused, and I get more ideas on how to solve everyday tasks at work and in my own personal life. I am sp grateful for this program and for the instructors' support and the community. With every interaction at the Center, I get wisdom. For example, I get totally new ways to look at situations. I was pouring myself a cup of tea before class, and Deborah (an instructor) said: Leave some room in the cup to leave room to leave room for new opportunities to enter your life. When you want the world around you to change, you have to change yourself. When I applied this as a playful experiment, it turned out to be so true at so many levels. The Dragon's Way class and Qigong especially gives me the energy to pursue what I know to be right at the rational level.
