So very hit or MISS and most of the time it’s a MISS! I work next door and don’t drive so this is the easiest place to get to. I noticed that the tenders meal online is pretty cheap so I usually order that. 1st time I got it was great, 2nd time, tenders were over cooked and burned. I brought it up the next time I ordered and the manager (who was very sweet) said it was due to the color change in the Fubar sauce. Again, she was very nice but I had to tell her that they were completely inedible due to being burnt. Burnt means they are crispy and dry and that’s what I had. So the 3rd time (after requesting them to mind the frying time) I ended up with undercooked tenders. STILL INEDIBLE AND A WASTE OF MONEY. I switched over to a new deal which is the sandwich for $3.99 and I add ranch for .50. The last 2x I’ve gotten it, no ranch at all on my sandwich even though I’ve paid for it. I also get an order of fries, paid $2.75 the last few times I got them, today they’re $5 for a small fry!!! Over priced and inconsistent quality. The staff is always so nice but I wish they would get the food aspect down. Really sucks because it’s convenient for me on days when I forget lunch. Hope it gets better but after what I paid for the fries, I doubt I’ll be back.

Know up front that this is a ghost kitchen for the Dickie's. The food was overall passable and adequate, but when they forgot my tender fries I didn't bother going back. The chicken is all tenders and was kinda dry and needed the coleslaw and sauces. Fries are pretty good. If you like Dickie's, you'll like this place.

This is somehow connected to dickies bbq and the tenders are disgusting to say the least. Order was wrong, only received half of it. The tenders were very obviously purchased at the grocery store and thrown in the frier. Avoid this place.

I ordered the Tender Sando Nashville hot flavored sandwich with Elote Fries, it was delicious. I will be coming back. Ask for Dawn or Maya, their customer service was excellent.

This is a third party restaurant located in the Dickies Barbeque and this is the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. It definitely was frozen and rethawed, there were parts of my food that were still frozen. The tenders have no breading at all, and the flavor is not Nashville Hot at all even though that’s what I ordered.
