I’ve been a member at Training Mate for a little less than a year and I absolutely love it. The trainers are so knowledgeable, patient, energetic and actually care about us! They want to see our lives transformed. I have made friends through this community, my self esteem has gone up, and so has my mental health. This is going to sound cheesy, but my marriage has been made stronger from both me and my husband working out together multiple times a week. I can’t say enough good things about Training mate. I’ve also personally lost 20 pounds in 6 months through Training Mate (attending 5-8 classes a week) and a nutrition plan with one of the trainers, Ryan, I met through the studio. So to say it has changed my life, I truly mean that. If you’re looking for a studio that is more than just coming and going, check out Training Mate!

It makes your workout that much more enjoyable. I immediately felt welcome when I first began attending and can honestly say it's what has kept me there. The workout itself is SO fun and flies by.
