We went on a Sunday morning and had an excellent time. We completed the Thrill-Seeker trek in about 2 hours but it was hot and sunny. In my opinion the final level is the most demanding but fun. Staff was friendly all around. If allowed to do so would recommend leaving a water bottle at the home base (you return to your starting point every time you level up), otherwise you will be without like our group was for two hours in the sun and heat.

If you love adventure, fun and a little challenge this is the BEST thing to do in Miami!! I did the thrill seeker package with my sister and we absolutely loved it! Tons of fun courses of all different skill levels. It definitely gets a little harder on the upper courses but so worth it! The views are amazing and the iguanas are literally climbing the trees next to you! The guides were great and checked on us periodically! I definitely recommend doing this with a buddy and bringing water to stay hydrated in between course levels! I loved that we got to see all the animals with our package 10/10 recommend and will do again!

Simply the best! Very attentive and supportive team of instructors and an amazing view. The experience was very meditative and enjoyable since we got to see such great variety of animals and plants. I loved the track even though had been very scared of heights lol. I felt victorious and refreshed this is a perfect escape from concrete jungle of my hometown. Beautiful, joyful and so much fun.

I’d only recommend it for the jungle island and animal encounters portion of the park. If you’re thinking about doing the adventure course I’d be very cautious as I think the “guides” can be a bit flippant and not very helpful. I’ve done several adventure courses from Costa Rica to Dubai, and this was my least favorite. The “instructional”/orientation part of it felt rushed and they were so quick to dismiss concerns and questions. It’s self paced and self guided, and during the orientation portion informed us that the “guides” would be there to help if someone got stuck or needed help, that never happened. It was mostly other guests on the course helping each other. The folks at the check in desk were also short with their answers and made you feel unwelcome as if they were doing you a favor and you were bothering them.. idk, I didn’t enjoy it but the animals were lovely and the entire park is very luscious and green, which was calming.

Very fun experience for groups and families! Obstacle course was challenging but worth it! Food was a bit pricey but delicious as well. The small zoo was an unexpected surprise band for our buck. Would recommend 10/10, just be sure your party does show up all together 15 min before reservation time.

Participants frequently mention that while the zip lines are fun and sometimes easier, the real test is navigating the suspended bridges and other obstacles, requiring strength and determination. Reviewers consistently praise the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, who provide safety support and encouragement. Though a few note that some zip lines are shorter and the experience may be less intimidating for highly experienced zip-liners, most agree the adventure is well worth it and that repeat visits are common.
Some visitors note the workout intensity, emphasizing that this is not a walk in the park but a challenge that can tire you out, which makes it appealing to those looking for an active experience. The mix of fun, fitness, and adventure is often described as addictive. Groups have commented on how the shared effort and supportive environment help even those initially hesitant feel motivated to complete the course. This balance of challenge and support shows why it’s especially good for groups wanting to do more than just socialize—they engage physically and emotionally together. The setting in the Jungle Island area adds an additional layer of natural beauty and related activities, making it a full-day destination.
How accessible and safe is Treetop Trekking Miami for groups? Safety is a top priority, with every participant receiving a detailed briefing and fitted with secure harnesses and equipment before starting the courses. The staff closely monitors all activities to ensure compliance with safety rules, which is critical given the nature of aerial obstacle courses. Routes are designed with redundancy and safety lines, allowing even nervous participants to feel secure while navigating heights and moving bridges. This focus makes it suitable for a wide age range, typically recommended for children above a certain height and most adults, making it a versatile option for families and groups with varying ages.
Regarding accessibility, while the activity requires a moderate level of fitness and mobility, course options accommodate beginners up to thrill-seekers, allowing groups to match participants to the challenge level best suited to them. For those less ready for intense courses, options like the Discovery trek provide a gentler introduction that still delivers excitement and the benefits of outdoor activity. Onsite facilities such as rest areas, nearby dining, and parking make the experience convenient for groups arriving together by car. The location within Jungle Island also means groups can enjoy other attractions without extensive traveling, adding to the appeal for a group day out.
What amenities complement the adventure for groups planning a meetup? Beyond the courses themselves, the venue is part of the Jungle Island complex, which offers other attractions such as animal encounters and tropical gardens for additional group entertainment before or after the trek.
