This entire Trinity Trail area is beautiful. These cement trails are very relaxing to walk/bike/run/etc. They are especially nice after some rain because dirt hiking is wet for a few weeks after rain. If it is dry, please note at the first 90-degree right turn (at power lines) you'll see a dirt trail to the left. If it hasn't rained in a while, it's worth hiking that trail. You'll get Trinity River view and just interesting to check out a new area. Trinity Trail, I wish they had made a loop out of these trails for walkers/runners/bikers. Still great though.

Aggressive amounts of nature. This has to be a Texas rainforest. Snakes, frogs, lizards, cranes, songbirds, spiders, butterflies, turtles, fish, snails. Blackberries, honeysuckle, primroses, and muscadine grapes can also be found here.

09/05/2020: I went biking here with my family (10 of us) and had a lot of fun. The trail is clean, not crowded, and well maintained. We biked for 13 miles and called it a day. The scenery was nice with lots of trees and shade. Seeing the river and lakes/ponds along the trail were nice. The part of the trail that we biked was relatively flat, which was great. No major hills to try to bike up and down from. The smell of trash was noticeable at times with the dump being not too far away. It wasn’t too bad, but my 7 year old niece said a few times that it stunk. Lol I would definitely come here again.

It's not a welcoming place at all, and it was extremely hard to find, only by chance did I decide to turn down a little road and found it. As far as fishing goes, it's a little gem of a hole if you can find a spot to get past the brush along the shoreline and about 6+ ft into the water in some areas. It is seemingly well maintained by I'm guessing Dallas Parks and Recreation, but none of the street lights are working and there are homeless people living in the woods, so night jogs alone is probably not the best idea.

Enjoyed the views and its very clean and manicured. If you need to calm the mind, it's perfect and perfect for grounding as well. It is free parking available. However, you can get confused and end up walking in ATTs' trail and you will start a whole 6 mile trail and not know it, lol. Over all I will be back!
