My stepdaughter did the youth “Wicked” theatre camp at the Carmel Valley location this summer and she loved it! It’s very bare bones, so it’s definitely meant more for children that perhaps aren’t sure if theatre is something they would enjoy and want to try it out before investing in something bigger and more expensive. I was amazed at the amount of material the girls learned in just 5 days and it was wonderful to see their performances at the end! My stepdaughter said this class really made her want to pursue it more and of course keep practicing! We highly recommend and would love to try the mission valley camps in the future.

Megan & Sean, the directors at the fashion valley location, are amazing! They create such a welcoming space for people of all ages, looking for all different things out of theatre. They are insightful and creative, and that shows through the productions they put on. When working with them in a production, they are so understanding and open minded to so many different things and they make an effort to make each cast member feel heard and appreciated. The space itself is small but not in a negative way, its comfortble, clean and kept up with. I whole heartedly recommend being part of this community either as a student, or in other roles!

I had a great time attending this current production of The Stark Truth of Humanity. Runs through June 2nd. You can still get tickets for this fun and thought-provoking entertainment. Near the Outback Restaurant, you can get dinner and see a great production of local talent and maybe even a drink afterward 😀
