Fun selection of vintage items. The other part of the store carries expensive French pieces. I agree with other commenters that they should not be up charging for H&M/fast fashion pieces, but they do have some really beautiful vintage items. They also have some clearance bins. Overall, this store is definitely on the pricier side (it is for a good cause) but I was lucky to be there during their sale (1 pc = 10% off, 2 pcs = 15% off, etc). I probably wouldn’t have gotten anything had the sale not happened.

I went to the Chelse flee market and located The Thrifty Hog. t's a cute pricey thrift shop. Well laid out and organized and friendly staff. I went on a Saturday and there was plenty of foot traffic.

Not sure why but New York doesn't have many good thrift stores and if you just like me invested your time and energy to find the one that can not only save you money but also provide with some good looking unique pieces of clothes and accessories - you found it!!! I visited 7 stores in the area and none of them were even close to what Thrifty Hog has to offer. On top of that, 100% of profits go towards a non profit organization that supports homeless mothers and their children! Can it get better than that? Anyway, kudos to the owner, you made my day.
