Terrible!! I bought some silver items from this shop. Each item was marked 'sterling silver on the hand written tags. However, after purchasing I later noticed 2 of the items (a small baby spoon and a small set of teaspoons).we're NOT sterling, they are silver plate. I dreaded bringing this to the attention of the owner, because I have seen her previously behave in a very rude, unscrupulous, hateful, arrogant, and pretentious, way. I told her about this error in person, and she said to provide her with the specific price details, and she would take care of the refund. A couple of days later I left a voice message with the details ($5 and $125 = total of $130). I since then have left two more voice messages, but now over a month later, still no refund, and not even a returned phone call. So far her word (promise of a refund) is still not good, I hope she does the right and honest thing here. I am concerned though, because I have a friend who had consigned some chairs to this place quite a while back, and never got paid. Beware, if you do shop there, don't make the mistake of trusting the item description written on the item's tag!!.. Update...I called again today' and the phone was actually answered by the owner, she said Hello this is Helen'. I said hello back and asked about my refund, and unfortunately she rudely hung up the phone on me.🙄
