The guy at the register told me that if I pay with cash he will give me a discount and basically will not charge tax. Looks like something deceptive and who carries cash anyways. He told me it’s only a one time deal when he is there so not to mention it or other customers will get jealous. This place looks like it is under Savi Provisions and I’m not going to visit any of their locations. Overpriced, low quality and deceptive.

Very knowledgeable staff. Was looking for a certain wine and the employee that helped me found it immediately and was generally very friendly. The store has an enormous selection of liquors, wines, and canned beverages though for a little above the market rate.

Absolutely awful customer experience. I hardly ever write reviews, but I’ve never had an interaction like this. I paid for some liqueur, and noticed that the girl checking me out rang it up as $30, when the tag said $20. I pointed this out, she went and checked the tag, and then honored the stated tag price so I paid. As I’m standing there finishing up, the cashier points this out to who I presume is the owner or manager. He starts yelling at her, and then yells at ME and tells me I can’t have that bottle because the price is wrong. I told him absolutely not, I already paid for it. He tried to tell me he could do a refund and redo the transaction, and I said no you already honored the tag price, I paid, I’m leaving. Finally he snaps at me to just take it and go, like I’M the one who screwed up by putting the wrong price on the product. I’ve never had such an unpleasant interaction and I will never be back to this location. I’m also very upset that he immediately started yelling at the poor cashier, who was trying to bring this to his attention like a good employee, and instead got yelled at. Apparently this person is comfortable disrespecting both customers and their own employees. We both deserve better.
