Decent Twin Peaks This was my first time at this particular Twin Peaks. Overall, it was ok. The restaurant looked clean and spacious. The servers were friendly and welcoming. The food was ok and prices were fair. Hostess said there was a 20 min wait for indoor seating or no wait for outdoors. We chose outdoors, but looking around inside, there were a lot of empty tables, anyway it was nice outside. The server was very friendly. The issue was that the food took forever to make, and my philly cheese steak was dry and barely had any onions or peppers in it. I still would give this place another try. ***If anyone likes my honest reviews, then please like my post and follow my google account*** -Thanks

I have never been a fan of TP, period. I have been to this location as well as Westgate location many times since day one, trying to give them chances. It is always an unpleasant experience......However today, finally!!!! That one individual made all the shitty services not matter. Shout out to Emmalicious. She made my experience so memorable and amazing! Always trying to to come back with friends and trying to give the company chances, but always falling so short. Thank you so much Emma for your hospitality and amazing personality ❤️ they need to copy and paste you.

UPDATE: 5/28/2025 I am willing to give Twin Peaks another chance after being contacted by management regarding my last experience. The GM I complained about originally, no longer works there and that is probably a good indicator of why my interaction with him sucked! Upper management definitely cares about their customers and it shows! Thank you Scott and team for the follow up. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the great ambiance and excellent food! ——————————————————————— Nice clean and open restaurant with tons of seating. Offers booth seating, as well high top tables and bar seats. Food was really good. Got the turkey avocado smash sandwich with fries and added a cup of soup. My complaint is about our server and the manager. Server was new and not super attentive. Waited over 30 mins for our food. Was told the kitchen was backed up on a Sunday at 1pm. Ordered a Blue Moon, which came out as foam, so I had to order something else, which was fine, but our server did not take the $8.95 off our bill for the beer I never received. When I went back inside to have the bill adjusted, the manager seemed annoyed that he had to even help me. Waited several minutes for the adjustment and sent me on my way. No apologies EVER for the bill or waiting so long for our food. Will NOT be back to this location.

As a single person, I saw several open tables, was told I had to be put on a wait list because they were understaffed. Hostess said it'll be about 20 minutes. Went to the bar, sat down at open seat, for about 15 minutes, the bartender not only didn't acknowledge me, but never looked at me once. Got a text around 15 m I minutes, and my table was ready. Once I sat down at my table, the rest of my time there was awesome! Ivy was professional, great service, suggested a food item from the menu, I ordered the chicken salad, really good. Ivy was consistently checking in, fantastic service, and I tipped in cash $15.00 on a $40.00 food and beers bill. Bartender missed out on that one.

I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had at Twin Peaks. Our server, Larryna, was not pleasant at all and had a "I don't care" attitude. Our food came, and our chili was lukewarm. She brought out one entree and we had to wait almost 10 minutes for the other entree, which was a salad. Once our food arrived, she did not check in on us. We had to flag her down to get refills, and she did not pre-bus the table or take the empty cups. I hate leaving a negative review, but if you say nothing, the service will keep being bad.
