FIRST Post: Amazing mani pedi moment!! Justin did my mani and Mary did the pedi. Both were wonderful. Justin did exactly what I asked for and Mary did literal surgery on my feet (which was needed). I strongly suggest this place! Also John came and helped smooth the edges of my fingers, which I appreciated!! One side note to be aware of: my toes stung when she was taking off my dip. Although I had cut my toe nails short, my toes have never stung during dip removal. Whatever gel they use hurts more than other places. Mary came to the rescue quickly tho. Second review after going for a couple months: today I had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment for a technician. My nails looked fine but the top sheet they use is horrible and cracks. I’m thankful they fixed it for me, but it was a pain to drive back and I suggest they invest in a higher quality top coat. Manager took note and is looking into it :)

Jessica has been doing my nails for two years. Despite having moved farther from ulux, I will always drive back every three weeks for my manicure. I typically get a basic gel mani (with tip usually ~$55) and occasionally one of the special designs (extra depending on design). I just got the cat eye gel and I’m obsessed. Jessica always does an amazing job. When I was getting the cat eye, she was completely done and putting cuticle oil on when she realized that the effect on one of my nails wasn’t quite the same and she stopped and redid the top coat of that nail. I hadn’t even noticed. She always makes sure my nails look perfect ✨ and Im always looking forward to nail day. (Update 04/27/2025- Jessica is no longer at Ulux and I have followed her to her new location [see reviews], but my 5 star rating for Ulux still stands)
