She listens to your requests and will exclude or include whatever you want into the workouts. I do full-body workouts 2 days/week and am the perfect amount of soreness after, just enough to feel like I worked out. She also explains what muscles we're working with each exercise, which I appreciate. I really enjoy working out there, which says a lot because it's not my favorite thing to do, and look forward to going.
