This same operator also didn’t understand that the rapid rehousing program is geared toward a very specific population. David's hospital with son in law, he is in icu was a lineman n had a heatstroke now is going thru dializes n will also need heart surgery, we are a fam. In need n dont have resources for food, gas or have any clothing n have 3 kids with us, n this is a big city can't find a helping hand anywhere, all they say is will it's not for free..how sad that there's a helping hand at all..
