I’m pretty disappointed in our visit. It is dirty, several things are broken or undermantained. Several staff members played on their devices when they should have been working. Apparently I witnessed a staff member fondling himself for at least 15 min, but he wasn’t wearing his safety vest so I didn’t realize it was a staff member until 30 minutes after the incident. Some staff closed parts of the park because they were needing to do the safety harnesses… after the same staff had been sitting on their phones for 20+ minutes when no one was in line and they could have been doing the harnesses. The tubes course had several features broken, with raw metal uncovered. The basketball trampoline area was missing foam over the springs, there were springs missing, and the netting was broken on two of the 3 sides. The manager was great, addressed my concerns, and was going to review cameras. My kids had a good time, but I’m sure they will be sick later based on how dirty everything was. On a side note, we bought the summer passes before I realized how dirty and broken so many things were. I guess we will be back?

Maintenance danger, safety fails and halfas$ repairs. Although the staff was kind and helpful, especially a young man named Caden, it's clear that leadership here says "patch it to the bare minimum" and doesnt even do that in many cases. Metal clamps cut into my little girl's thigh in the climbing enclosure. Several sightings of razor sharp zip ties in the jumping ball pits. All high wear equipment left to taters. Ball pit looks quite disgusting. Utility room, complete with chemicals exposed for wide open access by any little kid walking by. Exposed wiring and electrical issues. All together the place looks like their only maintenance plan is duct tape and zip ties. They must tend to the trampolines as those seemed ok enough, but the pads in between are suffering the same fate as the rest of the joint.

I’m beyond disappointed. Me and my boyfriend, and my little uncle drove an hour to this place just to find out everything was already shut down when I arrived at 6:30 PM, even though they say they close at 8:00 PM. I only got to ride one Skyrider before they said they were closed. I had also placed an online order for two pizzas around 7 PM, but when I went to the back kitchen to pick them up, they told me it was already closed. When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund because I didn’t get to enjoy anything and didn’t want to waste my money, they said the manager wasn’t even there. That is so unprofessional. How are you running a business without a manager present during business hours? They also said they announced that the kitchen was closed at 7 PM, but I am Deaf and my boyfriend is also Deaf. There was no visual announcement, no email, and nothing in the policy that said the kitchen closes before 8 PM. Everything I saw said they close at 8 PM. On top of that, another customer came to complain about a machine that caught a toy but wouldn’t drop it, and the staff just said it was broken. This place really needs to work on professionalism, fixing broken machines, and making things more accessible for both hearing and Deaf people. I’m never coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere better.

We really love coming to Urban Air in Cedar Park! It’s the perfect place for the kids to burn off energy, especially during the summer. The Summer Pass has been totally worth it. We have used it so many times, and the kids never get bored. The place is always clean, and there’s a ton of fun things to do. Definitely one of our favorite spots in town!
