I love being a member of this studio and have been going for years! I recommend it to everyone. They have a variety of yoga classes, many holistic workshops, and aerial yoga. They also have a great backyard patio, perfect for classes in spring through fall. As a Japanese-American, I moved to Denver from the D.C. area where it's more culturally diverse and racially inclusive than Denver. Even after being here for 6 years, it's still unsettling and can be uncomfortable being the only non-white person at a yoga studio. I'm very grateful for community spaces like this.
