The two stars is for the great vibe, great drinks and fun music but the organization of the place and the customer service is lacking. I planned (2 months in advance) to have my Birthday party here. I showed up to do a trial run, spoke to one of the managers about reserving the corner space and was told not to worry, me and my friends would be taken care of. I emailed and confirmed over and over to make sure they had it secured. When I arrived the night of my Bday, they had no idea. The man told me the corner space was already reserved for someone who "had balloons". When I asked him his name, he suddenly started to accommodate me. He was kind and made another space for me and my friends. (not the corner space that we had agreed and expected) but I was appreciative. Then a couple I invited arrived and they wanted to charge them $60 just to get in the door. No matter what, I had a great time and made the best of the situation but the staff needs to get it together. They are non communicative, dis-organized and only accommodate when they realize you are probably going to leave a review.

Vedado Social Club is such a fun and beautiful place. I always have an amazing time. Love the vibes, the music and the view you get. I went there to celebrate my friends 22nd birthday and the owner was so nice, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and enjoy our night. After that we went for Halloween and last Friday night! They give VIP tables away and drinks are not expensive! Love going to Vedado!!!

I won a giveaway on Instagram for a free bottle. I’ve won Instagram giveaways before for other places & usually they just give you a cheap bottle & small table. Vedado had a table reserved & gave me a bottle of Jose Cuervo for 5 guests. It began to rain & the staff was super helpful & immediately began helping everyone move inside to be comfortable. Great vibes. Great music. Great service.
