Like so many others, I had a great experience with Victoria in my 101-103 combined course. The instructors are outstanding--the perfect mix of excellence in teaching, reasonable and appropriate expectations of students and so much fun. Diverse scheduling and locations options are available (with a lot of flexibility for those of us who work full time), the boats are great to learn on and the course content was perfect for foundational knowledge (best to combine with the ASA books and online studying for the exams).
