I don't go here often, but when I do it's usually a good experience. The more you go and get to know the staff, they are willing to work with you on offers/store credit for trades. The owner Wang is so nice every time I go in to drop off clothes to trade. I usually get pretty good store credit offers. Never had any issues. Only thing is I wish they sold more designer pieces like in the past! There's still a lot of variety in their store. There have been some really high quality designer replicas I found, but clearly not intentional and they immediately had them pulled from the shelves when I showed them. It's impossible to be able to detect 100% every single item that comes and goes through your store, especially designer. I've been a customer since 2016 or 2017 and will definitely come back again soon! :-)

Got sold fake pieces on multiple occasions and instead of trying to make things right they offered store credit so I could just get more fake shit?? not to mention I was given an offer on a few pairs of shoes and when I took the time to go down and accept the offer they retracted it. I’ve spent real $ here on multiple occasions so for them to switch up after they were called out for selling fakes is insane definitely wont be going back again id be careful when buying anything from wangs closet unless you’re into Pokemon cards

They low ball you like $10 a tee that they sell for $60-$150+, have nothing really good in stock. Used to be a cool store, in no way a community type environment. Just some money grabbers.

I went to 5 different “buy,sell,trade” stores and Wangs was hands down the best shoe store in the valley! Was fortunate enough to walk out with these with my head held high not regretting or feeling I got low balled for my trade in for store credit! Now I know to head straight to Wangs and not to waste my time anywhere else!

By far one of my favorite places in Az. The prices are fair and the staff gives you honest feedback that matches up with market prices. First time I went it I was only there to check it out and left with three pairs of Jordan’s at a good price. I’m not going to knock a star off because my experiences have been great, but when I call the phone keeps ringing until I get a voicemail. I drive pretty far to grab what I’m looking for and would like to make sure they have it before I hop in the car and head out after work. I’ll keep being a return customer and picking this place over some of the others.
