Nice courts but usually crowded

This location has the perfect wall for practice. I only wish they made it a little taller so it keeps the balls from going accross the courts back and forth

I hesitate to even mention this, but people forget there are south courts along the Louisiana Ave end of the park. Those courts are nice and clean and smooth there are about 8 courts and a hitting wall. There are lights I'm not sure if they work. Its a popular place sometimes reserved for leagues and they usually get full pretty quickly from the general public. There are bathroom facilities near the courts. There is not a lot of shade. Only court 7 has shade.

love wash park and the tennis courts are super nice but not sure how PUBLIC they are as it seems league or high school teams rent most of them out in the afternoon. has been a little frustrating trying to get on a court and navigating between the different blocked times that are reserved for designated groups. also no water fountain or refill options :/
