You don’t maintain that type of customer loyalty unless the service is of the highest quality - and Watercreek is, in my opinion, hands down the best in Salt Lake City. In terms of professionalism, attention to detail, and the best customer experience, Kim and her team (especially Ava and Josie) cannot be beat. I’ve come to regard them as dear friends and I look forward to every visit knowing I’ll always leave with beautiful nails. They also do a fantastic job with waxing and offer the most heavenly relaxing pedicures out there. To top it off, the salon is stunning and the atmosphere is so peaceful. The salon is open late and on Sundays which is so convenient. This place use to be great but it’s not it anymore. They use to have fantastic people working here, but not with the snarky lazy people they had today. Shop is pretty empty the majority of the time, just like today. 3 employees and only 2 patrons. They act like they don’t want business and just turn you away quick. Have been coming here about a year with no problems and have never needed an appointment or even had mentioned to have an appointment- there is nothing around that says “by appointments only”. Take your business elsewhere.
