If I could give it a .5 star rating I would, I ordered via DoorDash and most of the order come incorrectly or didn’t come at all, they were missing the frosty and didn’t get the right sauces or the right nuggets, instead of the spicy ones they put in the regular. Aswell as that there was A HAIR in my cheese fries, which goes against multiple health violations, and it’s really really gross. Goes to show to check your reviews before you order

There is an incompetent manager here who just refused to do her job, claiming she was the only one in the store at 7:20am and “just couldn’t take anymore order”. There were only 3 cars in line. Employees show up for good manager so I wouldn’t be surprised somebody with disgusting service and attitude would end up alone. I understand this is fast food and where this Wendy’s is located but the bare minimum is required. I am wasting my time writing a review about a 45yo Wendy’s manager. Do better!

I was meeting a mentally disabled client and his grandmother there for a meeting, planning to eat after we talked. I arrived at 11:45am and they arrived at 12:08pm. At 12:15pm, an employee named Tori started walking around us saying we had to order or leave, couldnt be there without ordering, said we had been there for hours because she had watched us, and there was no soliciting. We had not been there for hours and we were simply talking. She was very rude. The store was not busy at all so we were taking up needed tables. We had planned to eat but chose not to after that treatment. I do not see how a young mentally disabled man, his elderly grandmother and a middle aged social worker were causing a problem in the restaurant. Plus we had been there 30 minutes at the longest... Not hours as she put it. She was extremely rude with her words and the way she was circling us. I did not feel safe there at all.

It took the drive through staff 10 minutes to take our order. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a coke, light ice. The fries were cold and taste like the fryer oil hasn't been changed in years. Received a cherry coke full of ice. Asked for regular coke and was told that's the only coke they have. Should have gone to Chick fil A!
