This “event space” is completely disorganized. They asked costumers to arrive 30 minutes before doors open to just have us wait in the NYC cold in February for an hour before letting us in. They were understaffed for check in leading to further delays. If you are planning an event at this space I would reconsider and your clientele will not be happy.
