Made a special trip today (Monday, 4/14/2025) @2pm to give business to local store. The door was locked and a sign on the door saying will back in 30 minutes. It would have been easier, less expensive and less hassle to just order online from a different supplier.

Drove to store 5/7/2024 during listed business hours and nobody was there. Seems like a trend based on other reviews.

Got here before closing to find that it looks like this place had be closed for a while! They were not just shutting down… the lights were off, no one inside, it looked like they had closed up shop long before the posted hours. Wasted time, effort, energy, and fuel in rush hour traffic. As the only West Marine in the Austin area where there is a significant sailing and motorboat presence and with the weather warming up, I had hoped for and expected differently — but we’ve been warned of the locations issues at the yacht club. How this location stays in business is completely befuddling to me.

Arrived at the store just before 6 PM (the posted closing time) to find that not only was the store already closed, it looked like it had already been closed for some time as all the lights were already off and no one was inside. Now I’m going to have to drive to the store in Kemah because I couldn’t do what I needed here today.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings. My credit card was charged and an order confirmation email sent. Over a week passed with no further communication. I manually checked my order status every couple of days only for it to suddenly show up as 'Order Canceled' yesterday. I received zero communication after the automated order confirmation email. I don't know why my order was canceled, or if I will be getting my money back. Very unprofessional and I will not be shopping here again.
