Came in on my lunch break to try on the new Hoka’s to wear for work everyday. The staff was very diverse, friendly, helpful and fast. Katrina helped me try on several shoes (at my request, she was not pushy at all) and make a decision in what has to be record time for a running store. I have time to write a review afterwards, for goodness sake. I didn’t utilize the treadmill or other tools at customers’ disposal there, but I appreciated seeing that was an option. Other running stores I’ve been to recently to attempt to begin this process of finding a new everyday shoe and a trail running shoe have been either understaffed or their service model has had me waiting over 45 minutes before anyone was able to help me. Anyway. Very happy with my purchase, the reusable bag I was given with my purchase, the friendly and helpful staff, and the use of my time here. Will be recommending to friends and family looking for a full-service running store that has friendly and helpful staff and technical and analytical tools and a sense of urgency.
