The worst food ever,my friend bought me 3pc chicken tender meal and I bit into one tender and it was straight up raw,not cooked at all,like they were in a hurry to get the meal out and not check it at all. This has to be one of the worst if not the worst one. I didn’t even get in the door and I could feel the stupidity of these workers. In on my way to work so I stop at the I-35 location and order A number 11. I get my food only to notice that I don’t have the bacon I ordered on my sandwich and the sauce I ordered with my sandwich so I can’t go back to that location because I’m on my way to work. So I’m thinking OK, I’m gonna go to the one on the way to work and get it fixed. Lo and behold. I’m gonna go to the one on the way to work and get it fixed. Low and behold, I get there “we did not take your money so we cannot fix your food“ proceeds to not even try to help me or assist me in anyway even though I’m almost late to work because I had to stop and get my food remade so I could have breakfast and then yells at me have a great day, sir, to kick me out. Horrible experience, will not be coming to this location ever again. You might as well save us all the trouble and close it.

Above average burger joint. If you're not from the area, you should definitely try it. I love the customization. All that's on the whataburger app, but you can still customize there in the location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Better than other fast food options in the area.
