Had the Mootz, a wood-fired thin crust pizza that was really yummt — crisp with a light-to-medium char. I do find their pies on the well-done side as far as crust goes. Each bite had that irresistible balance of chew and crunch, and the toppings tasted even better against the subtly smoky crust. The salad was exactly what I wanted- bright, fresh, and full of flavor, with a light and lively dressing that tied it all together. I swear one of the pies had burned, and it created a pretty smokey atmosphere inside the dining room. A really good meal from start to finish!

The pizza is always spectacular, the puff as well. I could live off of the puff. Tried the tiramisu recently and it was delectable! Genuinely stellar! My only peeves are the lukewarm water that sits on tables, no ice. The music choice was also… odd to say the least. One song had meowing in it, often meowing. Like they had sampled a cat meowing and put it in the song every 2 seconds. Really takes you out of the dining experience itself.
