This is a great school. The staff is friendly, engaging and extremely accommodating with regards any individual's skills and/or disabilities. Street parking is usually available within half a block and the school will validate parking for the underground garage (the entrance is on La Grange Ave). I researched other martial arts programs before signing up. Frankly, the cost of this program is a real bargain, especially when you consider that classes are offered daily (which is great if your schedule varies from week to week). My son has been studying here for a year and a half and after all this time he is STILL excited to go to class.

I have been a student at White Tiger for nearly six years. In that time, I have grown so much, not only as a martial artist, but as a human being, thanks to my teachers & fellow students here. As some of my fellow students have shared here, our school offers a complete system of martial arts, qigong, and herbs. They also offer classes in fitness, mma, and Wing Chun on site, so that all of us can explore different ways to improve as students and get closer to our best. I am so glad that I found this school all those years ago.

I have trained at White Tiger for over 10 years and it has changed my life for the better many times over! Nowhere else have I seen a complete martial system with qi gong, kung fu and herbalism all offered from the same school. If you are ready to walk the path then there is no better place than White Tiger in LA!

I have been training with Bak Fu Pai for a little over three years now and I keep going back for more. The system being as ancient as it is, it’s content is immense. Coming from training in Shotokan Karate for over 15 years, I was seeking training and community comparable to what I left back home. White Tiger’s curriculum ranges from traditional Kung Fu, to Fitness, to Qi Gong/meditation. The instructors all come from very specialized backgrounds and work together to make everything not only translatable but welcoming. I definitely recommend coming in for a free session! I’ll be there to greet you with a bow and a smile.

WHITE TIGER is Awesome !!! They empower the body, mind and spirit. The Real Philosophy of Martial Arts !!! Since I’m a professional athlete and dancer is really important to me the way that the teacher shares his knowledge, they know how to do it in a professional, creative and fun way. Sifu Wood is fantastic, he’s very kind and such a good trainer, can’t say enough about him. If you are looking for a place to workout, White Tiger is the place, I’m training with their new system “Restore Fitness” and it’s just amazing they combine workouts with high intensity intervals and martial arts, the workouts are incredibly intense, challenging and fun. I just Love it, it makes me feel Very Good. See in Class :D !!!!
