Wish I could give it 0 stars for the customer service I had to deal with today I get there at 11:58 the girl working goes dude I close in a minute I said so I can’t buy a vape she rolls her eyes and is like no I would rather not sell to you at this time. Mind you I’ve been going to the vape shop every Thursday night right before they close for months. Understand all you have to do is count the money at the end which take 2 minutes don’t understand why you’re doing that before close but won’t be taking my business here anymore and it’s sad because it was my go to shop

I was sold a piece for my rig and was told by staff that I could return it if it didn't fit. It did not fit and when I went to return it I was told that not only did they not have the actual piece I need but I could only exchange the other one for store credit. So now not only I'm I out $70 but now still have to buy the actual piece I need again. Sad to see that after all these years this business ends up just like any other. I won't be shopping here again
