Great place for a walk along the River with excellent views of Portland. Very scenic. Paved trail runs along West Bank of Willamette River. We walked 1.75 miles north from the south parking lot. Then back and a little south to get our 4-mile walk in. All paved. Good for walking, running or cycling. Safe. Lots of people.

Just a beautiful park on the Willamette River. On a nice day, it's a busy park! Lots of dog walkers, and and a dog park, which my dog loves. Nice wide pathways so you're not squeezing to let bikes, joggers pass. Nice playground area, if you have kids, or just like swingin in your 40's. Boat launch is pretty big and busy! Also, has tennis courts.
