My niece and I came into the store with the intentions of buying a Staub pot set for my husband. The 3 saleswomen didn't acknowledge us.This store lost a good patron. The sales woman said my review doesn't matter to her.

First of all the store is immaculate! I wanted to shout out Rose for being so knowledgeable and helpful when I came in for a crème brûlée kit. Robert was very welcoming and also an expert! Definitely worth it to stop in to admire all the beautiful products this store holds. A golden espresso machine?? Pink leaf plates?! Will be back to spend all my money for sure

Whilst shopping for a Green Pan SS nonstick pan, Adam presented me with an 8, 10 or 12 inch option, all at full price. I asked if any were on promotion as it was Presidents’ Day week, and was told no. So I happily purchased the 8 in pan for $99. Upon returning home I was surprised to see a 10 & 12 inch set of the same exact pans on sale for $129…when I tried to return/exchange my unused pan for the set, without its packaging (but with my receipt) I was told by a manager (Karen?), that it could not be accepted because I didn’t have the packaging. I feel manipulated into buying a full priced item when I could have purchased 2 pans for basically the same price. This has been my go to cookware store but after this experience I will not be shopping at W & S again.

We came in and the store was a bit busy. Felipe was kind enough to assist us. He gave his all out customer service expertise to satisfy our needs. His professionalism and patience made our customer experience great and worth visiting this branch. This is the right place to go for popular kitchenware brands. The store is already prepped for the upcoming holiday seasons. Friendly staff.
