Look at the quality of their West Elm brand’s furniture. This is what you can expect from a WS company. $2,400 bed and it doesn’t even come with enough screws. Their white glove service people just left with my bed against the wall and the bed unfinished.

Still the best kitchen store that I know of. We were searching for induction pans and the staff person here was super helpful. They had a great selection of electric kettles as well.

Very nice shop, however the sales guy doesn't seem to know almost anything about the products that he sells or how to treat clients.

Horrible service, do not patronize! We have signed up for their pizza making presentation on Sunday morning at 11am. When we showed up, after paying for parking, we were told that demonstration was canceled because no one signed up. We showed the salesperson a reminder email from the day before. She said it was a computer glitch, and in any case, the chef called in sick. No apology, no offer of coupon, nothing. She did not even point us in the direction of pizza dough section. But she demeaned us, pointing out couple of times that the point of the demonstration is to sell product, as if we are some sort of moochers. Absolutely horrible service. Obviously, we are not coming back to WS. Please, do not shop there!

A shame that multiple, unengaged employees couldn’t be bothered to help us at any point. We were looked at or walked past several times as they continued conversations with each other. I would have understood if everyone was with other clients, but they weren’t. When we approached and enquired about the cookware and any Black Friday deals, we were answered with a curt, “no deals,” and left to continue exploring the attributes on our own. A shame since we ended up buying our Hestan pan online, for $50 cheaper, and will avoid this location in the future.
