I really enjoyed the food at Willy‘s Mexicans Grill. I got a steak burrito. The flavor in the steak was really good and I enjoyed it. I would definitely get it again. It was irritating that the people in front of us asked for nachos and the employee told them they didn’t sell those. They then pointed to the board and said it’s right there. He then reluctantly got them some. Then my daughter asked for nachos and he said they’re out. It felt more like he just didn’t want to be inconvenienced to go and retrieve them. The other employee did not do a good job of listening to my other daughter order and put wrong stuff on it. Bad customer service is the reason for the four stars instead of five which is what I would normally give this place.

Don’t go to this willy’s unless you want to have a terrible experience. They absolutely don’t listen or adhere to the request on mobile orders so what’s the point of ordering? I specifically asked for 2 items to be removed from my food and instead of doing it they still put it on and gave me my food. I have an allergy to the salsa. So they ruined my whole meal and by the time i got home it was 8:50pm DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION

What stood out more than the fresh food, vegan tofu, veggies and solid flavors was how awesome the staff were! They rocked it! Very friendly and working super hard, I really admire how much they put into their work. From some reviews on HappyCow I wasn’t expecting much, but the burrito was as good as any I’ve had at a fast food burrito joint. Well done!

Had the worst burrito of my entire life at this airport restaurant. I ordered a veggie burrito and had to point out twice that steak had already been mixed into the “vegetarian” ingredients. The staff could not have cared less blank stares, no apology, no effort to fix it properly. They acted as if cross-contamination didn’t matter and shoved the food together with complete indifference. When I finally bit into the burrito, there was still a piece of steak inside. Absolutely disgusting. The food is careless, the staff is apathetic, and the whole place feels like they’ve given up on even pretending to care about customers. The whole place is a health violation waiting to happen.
