Every so often you're lucky enough to stumble across a hidden gem. This is one of them. Searching for a wine that's not overly common on shelves brought me to Wine By the Bay. Having met and spoken to Stefano, the proprietor, I will certainly return. We had a great discussion about wine, food and more. It's evident from a short discussion the passion for and knowledge of wine runs deep. As an added surprise we were discussing birthday year wines and Stefano instantly pulled out the first growth I missed on my bday vertical( I will be back for it! ;) ) Looking forward to returning for purchases, tastings and excellent discussion!
