As of recent, WoodGrain Bagel & Deli holds a 4.1-star rating based on 560 reviews.

Reviews for WoodGrain Bagel & Deli generally praise the quality and authenticity of the Montreal-style bagels, which are described as crunchy on the outside and deliciously fresh. Many customers highlight the ample portion sizes, flavorful breakfast skillets, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff who are helpful, especially with vegan and vegetarian requests. Positive reviews often mention the variety of spreads and the accommodating service that enhances the overall dining experience, making it a favored spot for both casual visitors and regulars. However, some negative feedback points to limited vegan bagel options, as the traditional bagels contain ingredients like milk powder, egg, and honey, which limits choices for strictly vegan customers. A few reviews noted that despite the disappointment in vegan options, staff members openly communicated these details and sometimes offered discounts to vegan patrons. Great vegan options! I got the everything bagel with vegan chive cream cheese and it is the best non-dairy substitute I have ever had. Coffee is also amazing. I got the summer strawberry and cream (with almond milk of course) and it was amazing. The vibes are also very cool in here. Will definitely be back to work on my laptop and eat some good food, and drink some good coffee. ☺️

This was a very last minute stop. I can tell you we had lingered by the juice bowl shop thinking about gettin something out of gotta have it now mode and i looked across the parking lot and saw this and the big piles of wood and the warmth of the restaurant and so we headed straight for this. I was pretty happy with the meal and the restaurant was pretty relaxed one of the workers looked like she rolled out of bed that relaxed. We split a 15 dollar meal between all of us and glory! we finally found a dairy free and gluten free place. This was just such a delight to find

Cute environment, coffee was the only thing that was good. I do not recommend their bagels. Didn’t taste fresh, hard and chewy the sandwiches were terrible and so was the breakfast burritos. They use terrible ingredients and it shows. I was really disappointed, cute place. If they worked on their food and taste I would love this place. Potatoes were the best part besides the coffee. Coffee: Iced raspberry mocha with whole milk Also got lavender lemonade (not good at all, didn’t taste fresh and kind of plasticky) Food: Everything bagel with avocado, arugula, and egg, cheese and ham Burrito on wheat with bacon, egg, cheese and potatoes. ( this was better than the bagels) Blueberry bagel with berry spread. Don’t recommend food at all.
