First, they say they take a supposed $45 deposit for the jet ski, and $150 in cash. You ride and think everything is fine. After the trip, you wait a day or two (or even longer) for the deposit to show up on your card — but it never does. When you call them, they start feeding you nonsense, claiming it was an extra payment, blah blah blah. In the end, you pay $200 for the ride, and you actually get only 50 minutes on the jet ski instead of a full hour, on the website they say one thing, but you will believe me only when you come and see it with your own eyes, they will take $150 from you and you will pay $45 through the website as a deposit that will never be returned to you

Not Worth It Very disappointed. The riding area is so small it barely feels like you’re on open water. Speed is restricted to 38 mph and you can’t go anywhere near other riders. My brother and I accidentally crossed paths closer than 500 feet and were thrown out on the spot. Tried to explain it was unintentional, but they didn’t care. Zero flexibility. Don’t waste your time here.

I was very disappointed with the jet ski rental experience with this company. At first, everything seemed fine: they sent us the address, we arrived, and they picked us up on a small boat to take us to the platform where the jet skis were. But that was the only part that went well. The area for riding was very small, and we were restricted in our movement: we couldn’t get too close to each other or to the shores, which made the ride feel very limited and boring. When we asked how fast the jet skis could go, they told us they could reach a maximum speed. However, in reality, the jet skis were very slow and didn’t give the feeling of freedom and speed we were expecting. The jet skis looked like new models, but they were actually in terrible condition: they were very slow, which further ruined the experience. Additionally, the rules that restricted getting close to other people made the situation even less enjoyable. Overall, it was a huge disappointment, and I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY!

I had a terrible experience renting jet skis from this company. They promised that their jet skis could reach up to 70 miles per hour, but in reality, they only went up to 30 miles per hour at most, which was extremely disappointing. In addition, there were serious problems with the documents. They wouldn't let us go beyond a very small area, claiming that the jet skis weren't fully certified, and they were afraid of getting a fine from the police. To make matters worse, the jet skis were in awful condition. They were dirty, scratched up, and constantly stalled. It felt like they were barely functional. I would definitely not recommend renting from here if you’re looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience. Very disappointing!
