My partner and I ate the same thing all day, and shortly after eating the chicken thigh hot poke bowl here, we both fell ill. So disappointing, cause this was our first time trying it. Nice looking trailer, friendly employees, and beautifully presented bowl, but the actual food messed us up bad. Wow is for sure the correct word to describe this food truck! Got a build your own bowl and the ponzu truffle bowl, and threw in some of the kimchi butter wings and HOLEY MOLEY!! These are definitely top 10 wings I’ve ever had, and it was just by chance I even ordered them! Crunchy, buttery with a nice kick. I’m only here a week and will definitely be back!
