Probably my favorite restaurant experience of the year... Great for a date night or a night out for great food & drinks with friends/family. Staff was attentive and more than just knowledgeable, clearly not simply reading off dishes from the menu, made you think about changing your order every time they spoke about another dish. While it was on the pricier end of restaurant choices it was well worth it and would/will certainly return soon. Highly recommended.

The wife and I have been looking for a Beef Wellington in the Phoenix area for awhile now that was worth the price.. we found it here at Wren and Wolf!. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The steak was cooked perfectly, the pastry was buttery and crisp, and the mushroom layer added this deep, savory kick. Felt like every bite was worth slowing down for. The strawberry and honey whipped ricotta salad was insanely good too!. Our favorite thing about our dining experience was our waiter. He was really friendly and we had conversations about his traveling adventures. Really made the whole night more enjoyable. This place is really expensive but worth it

A wonderful first time experience. That doesn't mean everything was perfect, but it is still a 'must see restaurant' to try out. Drinks were great, wellington was good, brussels sprouts were not that great. Wonderful service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Chairs and bench seating were not comfy, probably designed so you don't linger. Table was chest height.

Let me start by saying I’m 35 weeks pregnant and we don’t get out too often with 2 little ones already at home. My husband and I made reservations for W & W which we have had on our list to try for some time now. We both dressed up (me in heels and a dress) and we arrived to check in early for our reservation and were told to wait a few minutes. No problem. The hostess then sat us in a half booth outside of the main dinning. It was a 5pm reservation on a Sunday and not very busy. We assumed they opened the new section and started seating. We were wrong. No one ever sat near us and we seemed to be forgotten a bit. We ordered 5 appetizers, a few mocktails for me and an old fashioned for my husband. We each ordered a steak and added a few sides. I asked for my steak to be medium well and no pink. I even told the waitress the chef could butterfly cut it to help make sure it’s fully cooked. The food took a long time to come out and once it did I could already see the blood on my plate and knew it wasn’t cooked to my request. My Husbands ribeye was cooked how he liked rare but had multiple tendons throughout the piece of meat and the amount of inedible fat was over half. Fast forward over 15 minutes after multiple staff including a manager walked by we finally were able to get our server back to the table. She apologized and sent it back to the kitchen. I was told I could eat the sides we had ordered but had no utensils or plate by this time. The manager finally came back with my steak another 10 minutes later but my husband was done eating so I took a few bites and we asked for dessert and the check. My husband and I made a stop at the bathroom and got to finally see the restaurant which is beautiful and a fun atmosphere but sadly we did not get to enjoy it since we were seated alone outside of the main dining. To add insult to injury we both ended up with food poisoning that night and the next day. Sad we wasted a babysitter and good night out (not to mention the $350+) on an average meal and crummy seating/service.

Sunday Brunch at Wren & Wolf is a must-do if you have the time! Great food and great service in a very cool place. The cinnamon roll is huge & delicious, and can be shared by 2-3 people. The smoked salmon eggs Benedict was very good too. Big servings, you will definitely leave full!
