My happy place! Hands down the best padel club in Miami. The vibe is always amazing, and the people are even better. The coaches — Bruno, Jorge, Fran, Alejandro, Mirko, Jose — are all fantastic. I paid $115 for a private Padel lesson and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During the session, I fell running over a tennis ball and ended up with a bloody bruised knee due to balls being left on the court something the coach should noticed and have cleared. Safety was clearly not prioritized. When I raised the issue, I wasn’t offered a refund or even a proper apology, just an extra 5 minutes of lesson time, which felt dismissive and inadequate given I was injured. For a premium-priced private lesson, I expected better care, accountability, and professionalism. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback, because this kind of response does not reflect a customer-focused or safety-conscious environment. Would not recommend based on this experience
