My granddaughter wanted bubble tea we settled on Xing Fu Tang.. I'm so happy we decided on this place. All the drinks we got were so good. The inside is so cute. Stopped by here while we were touring around. You can park a car right in front of the store for a few minuses if any spaces left. ;) We got a brown sugar one and strawberry 🍓 ones! Personally, I liked brown sugar one with oat milk! Strawberry one was a bit too sweet despite the half sweetness. I would say 30% sweetness or nothing would be still fine since baba is soaked in syrup anyways! Come check it out! :) Cheers 🥂

Entering the shop, it has a really cute interior design and is spacious. The employee there was very kind and patient while I selected a drink. The sea salt latte was my favorite and had a perfect balance of sweet and salty as a coffee drink. The boba for each drink tasted fresh and had the perfect chewy consistency. Their bubble waffle was also very yummy especially with their creamy whipped dip. They offer a variety of options for drinks and the environment is cozy and welcoming. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re in the area and will definitely be coming back!

Went here Friday night. The wait was short. The drinks was average. We ordered their brown sugar boba + dalgona coffee cream, strawberry milk boba, and also their bubble waffle. I strawberry boba, it was just strawberry jam/syrup and it was way to sweet and it doesn't mix well with the milk when you stir. It's too sweet, not good at all. Their dalgona cream boba was decent, but nothing to rave about. The bubble waffle is good, but it's not any better or different than any other bubble waffle place like happy lemon . You can try this place if you are craving boba, but I would not recommend or go out of your way to try this place.
