I didn’t catch the manicurist’s name but she did an amazing job! It wasn’t very busy when I was there so they were able to get me in right away. Very clean and fast but detailed service. I had a 3 hour layover and she saved my nails 🙌 Corporate should hire a receptionist those poor workers were running around doing 3/4 jobs at a time.

This was the best manicure and massage I've ever gotten. Wish this place was in Miami so I could be here every other week. Kayla (sorry if I'm misremembering her name—she had a beautiful neon pink bob) is a phenomenal nail tech. She went above and beyond to give me everything I asked for and even went out of her way to match a special pedi that I had done at another salon! Kayla was patient with any questions I had, respected my wishes to leave my cuticles alone, and was blazing fast. I usually prefer being on my phone when getting my nails done, but Kayla kept the convo so light and fun that I felt annoyed when I heard texts come in! I'm so sad that 1) I can only go to my favorite nail tech ever if I fly out of ATL and 2) the website doesn't let me make an appointment with Kayla (or anyone else) for next week when I know I'll be passing through ATL next. When I was done, I expressed some interest in a massage. Kayla very gently (in a no-pressure non-upselling way) let me know that a massage with Nathan was worth the money. I started with a 15-minute neck and shoulder massage to see if he was good as she said. I ended up asking for more time in the chair not once but TWICE for a 30-minute massage. I would have asked to keep it going if it weren't for my flight. Nathan was like a homing missile for obliterating my knots and took to me specifying pain points perfectly. My shoulders are always tight from work, but I now feel renewed. Nathan convinced me that I need regular massage therapy and that I just have to shop around for the right masseuse for me. Prices for nails were reasonable, too. Gel was only $10 extra! The massage was a bit on the pricey side but alright for an airport. Comparable to a fancy place in a metro area. If you're looking for a good way to kill time, this is the spot. I'll be sure to swing by here the next time I'm in ATL.

Not busy and priority pass 30 minutes massage chair massage. At first it’s like so so then when the chair turn 180 flat. It’s amazing. Good to chill if you have 30 min to kill before the flight. It’s clean and charge my phone. Massage is so so but you can get a 30 min snooze.

I got a 30 min chair massage from Cedric, and it was exactly what I needed after staying overnight in the airport (cancelled and rebooked flights). Like how others noted, Cedric greeted me right away and steered me to the massage chairs as I waited for him to get everything ready. He has a calm demeanor that made the massage even better. After the massage (and great conversation), he got me a cup of water and invited to enjoy the massage chairs at no cost for a little longer. Even for 15 min, it’s worth getting your neck and shoulders stretched by Cedric.

Reesie (sorry if I butchered the spelling) in the terminal C location was excellent! She was working alone- performing the services and also greeting people up front- but she didn’t seem frazzled or rushed. She set me up in a complimentary massage chair until it was my turn for a pedicure. It was so comfy I fell asleep multiple times 😂 Note: they do not have actual pedicure chairs with soaking tubs. But they do a great job with the tools that are available. I’m very thankful to Reesie for providing a clean, relaxing place for me to rest while between flights. Also the pedicure was very thorough, excellent massage, and my gel polish looks great. I hope management sees this and gives Reesie the recognition she deserves :)
