Spotless, well maintained, safe and pleasant. It is a well-designed park with lots of play areas. It is well served by public transport (bus and streetcar) and there are coffee shops nearby for drinking and eating. It’s a place that I recommend for families and children.

About yesterday's visit to the park!!!!! The smiles on their faces was enough for me to get over the traffic that led us here. PLan accordingly. Period. Park is very active, loads to do! Kids loved it for their first time! There is a soccer field you can enjoy, lots of benches for parents to relax. It's also a spray park, so brace yourself! I'm glad I took swim suits because my kids figured how to turn on the water and it was a wrap after that, 2.5hrs later, we left. There is a cute workout section in the park so kids can enjoy that. Go make memories!!!

Very cool park. There is a splash pad but the water wasn’t in consistently and couldn’t figure out the timing. It was on several times for the hour we were there. Parking available in the small lot of three Yesler Community Center or street parking. Lots of picnic tables. A small Turk playing field and plenty of stairs my toddler loved to climb up and down. Be careful or broken glass tho.

5★ park. Where can you find a jungle playground for kids & an exercise route so close to Capitol Hill? Photos speak for the well maintained park. Could use some cleaning up, but these pics were taken early morning. We all know lots happen at night. (Lol!) Nor sure why some are docking this park for having its water fountain off "because of covid". It's covid, why give a low rating. (???) Anyways, take your family here early and enjoy the grounds. Take a soccer ball along and play on the mini field. There's a basketball court too. Great views!!! I've passed by here afternoon & evening. Can get packed. Enjoy this park early in the day (Photos taken 830am on a Sunday). Enjoy! 5★s
