Positions, moves that help you fix your body and every organ, muscle, ligament and specially your mind. Every class is different and you can move your body in different ways. The goal is for us to practice yoga in our own homes and make it an everyday routine, just like brushing our teeth. I been practicing for over 4 years with shashi and very happy. Definitely give it a try. He also gives Chakra balancing meditation class Saturdays and Sundays the best experience to heal your mind and soul, and it doesn’t cost you anything, is by donation only if you like.come and experience Yoga!

I've been coming to the Yoga and Meditation Center since 2014 shortly after I moved to San Diego. I started coming for the chakra balancing meditation which I still attend regularly, it's awesome! What I'm really impressed with though is how authentic the physical yoga classes are. I feel like so often in the west yoga is made into a fitness type class you might find at your local gym. Not the case here! Shashi's science based approach to fixing the body has been such a beneficial factor in my life, and his teachings and wisdom have gone a long way in helping my career as a chess player and coach. I can feel a positive shift in my consciousness every time I'm in this space. The energy is phenomenal, and the teachings are timeless.
