Yoga Focus is the best yoga for every level for people who want experienced, expert, serious yoga teachers. I love how the teachers give explanations and personal attention with proper alignment and body positions, which you really don't get at more "fitness yoga" classes. It's a gorgeous, airy space with all sorts of props. I'm so grateful this collective exists, where teachers are happy and deeply caring and thoughtful, and where everyone at any level is welcome.

Yoga Focus changed my life. I've been a student there for nearly 28 years and the strength and flexibility I've gained over the years is significant. The wonderful teachers there have helped me deal with serious health challenges and their guidance has resulted in quicker than normal recoveries and improved health overall. I feel better now than I ever did when I was much younger. The teachers are well trained, kind and work so hard to make every class a unique and well sequenced experience. The studio itself is a warm and welcoming space and the students are always supportive of each other and very welcoming to new students. YFC is a unique A2 treasure!

This is a very welcoming studio, with a variety of classes for all experience levels and abilities. Each of the teachers has been teaching Iyengar yoga for many years. There is a mix of online and in-person classes, and if you miss a class there are lots of options for make-ups. I've been attending yoga classes for over 30 years at various places, and so far this is my favorite studio. The teachers are wonderful!

Attending classes twice a week at Yoga Focus Collective for several years has been positive for my physical and mental health and well being - even when they were online on Zoom during the pandemic! It truly is a “collective “. Everyone is welcome! Students in my classes range from young adults to over age 90, with a broad range of skills and physical abilities. Marlene and the other instructors are knowledgeable and committed to sharing the practice of yoga. They pay very close attention to each individual student and offer alternative poses and props as needed. Classes are never boring or repetitive. We are always learning something new! New students join and fit in quickly, and long term friendships are formed in the beautiful studio. Parking is free.
